Chevrolet Classics Club Scholarship - $1,000 due April 16 and available at Scholarship Quest!
Write a short essay about how your Counselor helped you in your life and be eligible for a scholarship.  Application available at ScholarshipQuest and due March 31. 
New National Scholarships:
Student Conservation Association application is due April 5.  Download application at thesca.org.

Northeast Seniors ~ our school is the only school in Lincoln who hasn’t had one of their seniors win a $500 scholarship through the Financial Literacy organization of Nebraska.  It’s easy!  All you need to do is complete a short financial literacy on-line study to be eligible for one of four scholarships given away each month through May.  Hurry!  www.nslpflonline.org/nebraska.  Pick up a reminder card in the Counseling Center today!
MALES:  You must register with the Selective Service when you turn 18.  You can register early when you are 17 years and 3 months old.  Register at  www.sss.gov or you can pick up a Selective Service registration card at any post office.  See Mr. Beard in Room 121 if you have questions.
9th-12th graders interested in the medical field ~ Bryan LGH College of Health Sciences is offering a Summer Camp-July 26-30.  Cost is $250 and includes meals, scrub uniform, transportation & CPR & First Aid training.  Go to www.bryanlghcollege.edu for more information.

It’s that time of year again Rocket Leaders!  Do you want to make a difference?  Do you want to learn valuable leadership skills?  Do you like to have fun?  Well, if you do then Student Council wants you to join our team for the 2010-2011 school year.  Pick up an application in room 250 and turn it in to Ms. Howell by April 1, 2010!

Additional Star Strutter packets have been placed in the Main Office and will remain in the office until March 19.  Please pick one up today if you haven’t already and are interested in auditioning for the 2010-2011 Star Strutters!
