Love living in Florida and being retired. Spend time volunteering at Trinity Rescue Mission, gardening, and sewing. Have 16 grandchildren and so far no great grandchildren. They live all over the country (Texas, Oklahome, Florida, Chicago, Alabama, New Hampshire, Colorado (which is closer than Anchorage)and New Hampshire). Also involved with many church activies, life is definitely not boring or slow like I thought retirement would be. Also travel to see the family alot. The latest being to Springfield, Mo and being stuck there because of the ice storm in January. No more traveling North in the winter time. |

Married Van Holbrook (originally from Omaha)in 1979, had 4 children (3 sons, 1 daughter) and now have 4 granddaughters. In 2002, our 17 year son was murdered so we are members of Parents Of Murdered Children (I have gone to the state prison to speak with prisoners concerning what happens after they commit a crime). I retired from State service after 30+ years, worked for Nutro Dog Food for 2+ years, and am currently working part time for USPS. I spend a lot of time w/Van and his appointments (he is disabled and on dialysis) as well as try to make time to spend w/the grandkids. Our younger son graduated from University of AZ about 2 years ago and is interested in forensic medicine. Our oldest son worked for the State as a fraud investigator; our daughter was @ DPS then moved to Florida (which she hated and since moved back). I also help my mother who still works part
time. |

I married Becky Cunning (class of 1970) in 1968. I Started at Norden Labs (Pfizer) in November 73 retired with 32 years in Feb 2006. Becky got cancer in November of 2005 and passed away in October of 2006 we were married 38
