ROCKET LAUNCHER

The Rocket Launcher is a publication of the Lincoln Northeast Counseling Center that provides information related to 9-12 grade career planning and post-secondary planning. It is published weekly and provides information on a variety of topics:

• College entrance testing

• Opportunities for 9^th-12^th graders at local colleges & institutions (workshops, open houses, summer programs, visitation programs)

• Scholarship applications available in the Post Secondary Counseling Office (room 216)

• Dates for visits to LNE by college and military representatives

• Helpful advice and tidbits on helping 9^th-12^th graders through the career planning and post-secondary planning process

Students and parents can access the ROCKET LAUNCHER in several ways:

• Copies of the ROCKET LAUNCHER can be picked up in the Counseling Center

• Families can subscribe and have the ROCKET LAUNCHER mailed to them electronically free of charge

• The Counseling web page can be accessed on the Lincoln Northeast website. Go to http://lne.lps.org and click on Counseling Center
