College Entrance Tests
The ACT is taken in various rooms here at LNE. Student's check-in in the Cafeteria and are taken up to their room as a group at the start of the test To apply for the ACT or SAT a student must mail in a registration form and a check for the fee approximately 30 days in advance of the test date. Registration packets are available in the Counseling Center. The first time a student completes the registration materials it will take approximately 30 minutes to do so. Students must be very careful when filling in their social security number, their test site preference, and the college numbers where they wish their scores to be sent. It is very important to follow the directions in the registration manual. Students may take these tests as many times as they wish, but they must register and pay each time. For students with financial need, there are fee waiver forms for both tests, and the students should see a counselor for this assistance. Page last updated October 5, 2001 Graphics by Kris Kirby
