Important Senior Information

Counseling Center Updates

  • Next Friday – November 5th is the registration deadline for the December 11th ACT Test. Registration HELP opportunities will be available in the Counseling Center on Thursday, October 28th. Fee waivers are available for students with financial need.
  • A representative from Kansas State University will be at LNE this Thursday, October 28th in the Counseling Center at 8:55 a.m. (2nd period). Interested Juniors and Seniors are invited to attend.

Armed Services Visits

An ARMY representative will be visiting the LNE campus over the student lunch hour this week. The ARMY will be here on October 27th.

Volleybrawl

SENIORS BOYS! Ever wanted to brawl it out in the gym? Well now you can! The National Honor Society is hosting our annual Volley Brawl Tournament on Wednesday, November 10th @ 6:00—9:00 p.m. in the North Gym.

There is a $5 fee for each player, and each team must consist of 6-7 people. Players are responsible for signing themselves up on the sheet outside of Room 112 by November 5th. Teams must be either all Junior or all Senior boys.

Not interested in brawling it out on the court? No worries! Spectators of all grades are welcome with a $3 entry fee. All fees go to the NHS local and global projects.

Senior Pictures

Use the SENIOR PICTURES link or use jump code GYPL to learn more about how to submit your Senior Yearbook photo. Photos must be submitted through this webpage by October 31, 2021! Any photos received after this date are not guaranteed to be included in the yearbook.

Cap & Gown Orders

Northeast works with Signature Graduation to provide you with graduation announcements and the ordering of caps and gowns. If you order apparel on the website, your apparel should arrive within two weeks of your ordering date. Otherwise, you will receive your other products sometime later in the year when all items are available to ship out. Your orders will be sent directly to the address you choose. Free & Reduced/Fee Waiver Cap and Gown Information

If you qualify for Free & Reduced lunch, please see Mrs. Ourada in the Main office to ask about the fee waiver process to get a cap and gown at no cost.

If you place an order through the online ordering system with Signature Graduation BEFORE you submit a fee waiver, you will not be able to get your money back.

Graduation

For your planning purposes, the LNE Class of 2022 will graduate at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. We look forward to celebrating your student’s final year at Lincoln Northeast!

Senior Ads

Use jump code RYY2 and select “Purchase a Senior Ad.” There will be three options – “Have the School Design My Ad,” “Design My Own Ad Online,” and “Upload My Finished Ad.” Choose your option and follow the prompts.You’ll then be guided to the payment page, where you can confirm and purchase your ad. Any ads must be purchased by January 15, 2022.

Congratulations!

A BIG congratulations to Allyson Badura and Daniel Romary on their State Cross Country performance last Friday. Allison placed 41st with a time of 20:54 for the 3.1 Mile. Daniel was Class A runner-up with a time of 15:43. Daniel’s time broke the LNE school record by 10 seconds and put him on the 2021 Super State Team. He is now the 10th best Class A time ever run by an individual. We are so proud of you both. GO ROCKETS!!

The Joven Noble Leadership group will be meeting this Wednesday during 7th period in the media center. If you have turned in your permission slip you will get a pass to attend. Please bring the pass to Sra. Hernández so she can count your attendance.
